This is very rough lighting & texturing (and some modeling) for my lighting final. It is based off of a drawing by 19th century medical illustrator Richard Quain -- in his book The anatomy of the arteries of the human body, with its applications to pathology and operative surgery
My 3D rendition. (Maya & ZBrush)
The original drawing (found on this amazing website hosted by the National Library of Medicine). Update of final progress to come. Come back soon.
